All fees must be paid in full before any work begins.

2. Nature of Services and Risk Acknowledgment

SEOScale does not control search engines or third-party websites. You acknowledge that:

• Search engine rankings and traffic cannot be guaranteed

• Guest posts may be removed, modified, or affected by third-party website owners

• Search engine policies may change at any time

All SEO and guest post services carry inherent risk. By using SEOScale, you accept these risks in full.

2.1 Links and Attributes

You acknowledge and agree that all guest posts, sponsored content, digital PR, or placements provided through SEOScale are subject to the policies and discretion of third-party publishers.

Accordingly:

• Links included in published content may be assigned dofollow, nofollow, sponsored, or other search engine–recognized attributes.
• SEOScale does not guarantee any specific link attribute unless explicitly stated in writing for a particular placement.
• Link attributes may vary based on publisher policies, platform guidelines, legal or regulatory requirements, or further review.
• Publishers may modify, update, or remove link attributes after publication without prior notice.
• Sponsored disclosures, labels, or attribution tags may be applied when required by publisher policy or applicable law.

By placing an order or using the Platform, you expressly accept that, unless a specific link attribute is explicitly listed for a given placement, link attributes are not fixed and may include dofollow, nofollow, sponsored, or equivalent designations.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable once an order has started.

If an order cannot be delivered as agreed, SEOScale may, at its discretion, offer a replacement placement or account credit refund.

Unused balances or credits are non-refundable.

4. Order Changes

Changes to completed orders, including anchor text or target URL modifications, are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees depending on the request and publisher policy.

5. Content

Guest post content may be written by SEOScale or submitted by you. All content is subject to review and approval to meet publishing standards.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Use and Restrictions

SEOScale does not accept or support content, campaigns, or placements related to casino, gambling, betting, CBD, marijuana, or similar regulated or high-risk industries, unless explicitly approved in writing in advance.

SEOScale reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or order that violates these Terms or engages in repeated or serious policy violations.

In cases of account restriction, suspension, or termination due to violations of these Terms:

• Any active or unused funds, credits, or balances may be forfeited at SEOScale’s discretion

• Refunds are not guaranteed and, if issued, will be solely at SEOScale’s discretion for added funds or completed or in-progress services

Such enforcement may occur without prior notice when necessary to protect platform integrity, publisher relationships, or compliance obligations.

7. Confidentiality

All reports, communications, pricing, and service details are confidential and may not be shared with third parties without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall SEOScale be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of rankings, traffic, revenue, or profits.

You agree that SEOScale’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEOScale from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the services

• Content you submit

• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws

10. Account Termination

SEOScale reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or misuses the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where SEOScale operates.

12. Changes to These Terms

SEOScale may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
